A DRIVER has been ordered to pay hundreds after driving without due care and attention in Herefordshire.
Daniel Ettinghause was found guilty by magistrates in Worcester after entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 77-year-old had driven a Renault G-Modus without due care and attention at the junction of the A4113 and B4367 at Brampton Bryan on June 9.
Ettinghause, of Lauderdale Mansions, London, was fined £500 and received five penalty points. He must also pay costs of £775 and a £50 victim surcharge.
