A HEREFORD man has been jailed after 'repeated' breaches of a protective order.
Mariusz Stanislaw Wyzkiewicz was convicted of two offences when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 39-year-old had breached a restraining order by contacting a woman he is banned from contacting by a restraining order imposed in October 2020 in Hereford on May 16 without reasonable excuse.
The offence put him in breach of a suspended sentence order imposed in January 2021 for assaulting the same victim, causing her actual bodily harm, and contacting her while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order imposed by a court in Worcester.

Magistrates said the offending was serious as it is a repeated breach of a protective order and as it has caused continued distress and anxiety, the suspended sentence order was activated and Wyzkiewicz, of Whitecross Road, Hereford, was jailed for a total of six months.
He must also pay costs of £128.
