A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been banned from entering all but two shops ahead of his trial.
David Moore denied two counts of theft and one of fraud by false representation and admitted one count of theft when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 46-year-old had stolen alcohol worth £64.50 from Sainsbury's in Ross-on-Wye on April 5.

He is also accused of stealing food worth £8 from Co-op in Ross on December 23 and food worth £33 from Co-op in Ross on April 20, and attempting to use bank cards belonging to another person to purchase food in Ross on April 5.
Moore, of Morley Square, Ross, was bailed with conditions not to enter any shop except for the One Stop and Benjamin's The Chemist in Ross.
He will appear before Hereford magistrates for trial on July 25.
