A HEREFORDSHIRE pub is on the market after three decades under the same owners.
The Bell Inn, in Tillington, is up for sale for £875,000 with agents Sidney Philips after 34 years of ownership by the current owners.
Described as an "outstanding pub and dining venue" by the agent, the pub includes two bars and two restaurants and is set in beautiful gardens extending to 1.26 acres.

Inside, there are exposed beams and feature fireplaces, and a range of seating including fitted benches.
The roadside pub also has a large customer car park and outbuildings, while the owners' accommodation has three bedrooms.
The pub, which has a 4.5 star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor, serves up food from 12.30pm to 8pm and has an annual turnover of £810,000 per annum net of VAT.
