AN UNINSURED learner driver has been fined after he was caught out on the roads in Herefordshire.
Cristian-Valentin Arhip entered guilty pleas to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 30-year-old had been caught driving a Peugeot 407 without a licence or insurance in Leominster's Hereford Road on November 7.
Arhip, who is of Etnam Street, Leominster, was fined a total of £533 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £53 victim surcharge.
