A HEREFORDSHIRE company director has been fined by a court after failing to deliver documents to Companies House.
Zoltan Nagyapati was proven guilty of two charges in his absence by magistrates in Cardiff.
The court heard the 49-year-old company director had failed to deliver a copy of Zoltan Ultra Haulage's accounts for the period ending March 31 last year to the registrar of companies at Companies House in Cardiff before the end of the period ending December 31, contrary to the Companies Act 2006.

He had also failed to deliver a confirmation statement before the end of a 14-day period after the end of a review period on September 4.
Nagyapati, of Bridge Street, Kington, was fined a total of £440 and must pay costs of £75 and a £44 victim surcharge.
