A plan has been put forward to build four more custom-built houses in a Herefordshire village development.
The Webbs Meadow scheme in Lyonshall already comprises 13 housing plots, six of which have been sold or are under offer, intended for homes from two to five bedrooms which can be customised to buyers’ requirements.
Now local developer Kinsey Hern of FC Jones & Co is seeking outline permission for four more houses plus garages, and access off the existing Webbs Meadow road, onto what is currently a sheep field.
The details of sewage and drainage are yet to be put forward, nor has the number of bedrooms in each been determined.

The company works with bespoke housebuilder Oakwrights to create the traditional oak-frame homes.
Mr Hern says on the development website that he aims “to create new homes which complement the history of the area, and to invest in some of the key amenities which help make a village a community”.
This has so far included the village’s Royal George pub, which he is “revitalising” with a café, farm shop and cinema, the site says.
Mr Hern’s first development in the village was a renovation of several old barns, now used as holiday lets and as an events venue.
