A HEREFORD church centre with potential for redevelopment is up for sale.
St Barnabas Church Centre, in Hereford's Venns Lane, is on the market with agents Bruton Knowles for a guide price of £700,000.
The brick-built structure, dating from the 1980s, is constructed over split levels on the sloping site, the agents said, and comes complete with its own bell tower.
It includes a front hall, worship hall, meeting room, kitchen, and other ancillary accommodation.
The freehold building also includes a one-bed flat with its own bathroom, living room, and kitchen, accessed separately by a side door.
