A HEREFORDSHIRE town is back to celebrating food and drink from the county with a whole list of events.
The Ledbury Celebration celebrates the local food and drink of Herefordshire and its neighbouring counties with an added menu of music, poetry, and our historic heritage.
Returning on Sunday, July 10, this year’s event brings an outdoor market to historic St Katherine’s, Ledbury next to the 15th century Master’s House, near the High Street.
Ledbury Food Group is at the forefront of the event.
It is a local voluntary group that knows the importance and role of local food and drink.

The group encourages its wider community to discover the “food heroes” who bring the fruits of the land, traditional cider and perry, rare breed livestock, artisan foods and much more.
Its aim is to increase awareness of the benefits and value of local food and drink.
Ledbury Food Group, Ledbury Poetry, Ledbury Fringe and Ledbury Town Council, are all running the event, from 11am to 5pm with entertainment from midday.
Local produce will be on sale either to takeaway or just to sample.
A list of 18 Ledbury producers will be there.
