A BANNED man was caught begging and drinking in a busy Hereford street.
Mathew Barnett entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Wolverhampton.
The court heard Barnett had breached his criminal behaviour order in Hereford on June 4, begging in an area he is prohibited from being in.
He had again breached the order on June 19, drinking alcohol in Eign Gate, which he is prohibited from doing.

The 32-year-old had further breached the order on June 21, the court heard, by calling police from a phone box from an area he is prohibited from being in without reasonable excuse.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by probation, and Barnett, of Old School Lane, Hereford, will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on July 13.
