A LONG-ESTABLISHED Hereford hair salon and training academy is up for sale
Agents Hilton Smythe said they were delighted to present Hereford Hair Salon & Academy to the market, with an asking price of £129,995.
The salon, which was established in 2008, moved to its home in Commercial Street in 2008, where the owner invested in excess of £120,000 in transforming the building to provide a waiting area, salon, training salon, staff room, classroom, beauty room and beauty classroom, and office. There is free customer parking to the rear of the salon.
They are now looking to pass on the business due to family reasons and will be happy to offer a full business handover to any new owner, Hilton Smythe said.
The salon currently caters to both men and women offering hair and beauty treatments, while the academy offers NVQs in barbering, beauty therapy, and hairdressing.

"Very rarely do exciting salons with a training academy included come onto the open market in such a thriving city and we therefore strongly recommend early enquiry to avoid disappointment," the agents said.
Hilton Smyth said the business is being sold on a leasehold basis, with seven years remaining on the 10 year lease and a monthly rent of £833.
They said they are advised that the business currently has one full-time and three part-time members of staff and a turnover in 2020 of £185,000 with an adjusted net profit in the region of £80,000.
