AN ACCUSED flasher has denied exposing his genitals in an incident in Herefordshire.
Richard Jessel entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Reading.

The court heard the 80-year-old is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Leominster on May 24.
Jessel, of Chagford Road, Reading, was bailed with conditioned to live and sleep each night at his home address and will next appear before Hereford magistrates for a case management hearing on July 6.
