A HEREFORDSHIRE village pub is set to go to auction with a £250,000 guide price.
The Yew Tree in Colwall, which is currently closed, is up for sale with agents Pughs.
The pub comprises a main and a rear bar, a cellar, living room, kitchen, dining room, stores, and toilets on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms and a bathroom, while there is a good-sized car park, low maintenance beer garden, and private garden outside.

The property offers the potential for further development, subject to consent, the agents said.
Pughs said that they understand the property is freehold and is being sold with vacant possession.
