SIGNS have gone up on the front of a building in Hereford which looks set to open as an late-night off-licence.
Pwya Mohamed Mirza, an Iranian national, applied for a licence so Hereford Off Licence, of 22 Commercial Street, could sell alcohol from 7am until 2am each day.
Between 11pm and 2am, all sales will be made through a security hatch, the application said. The shop will have internal CCTV.
Signs will be displayed asking customers to be considerate of nearby residents, and bins provided for litter.
