SCHOOLS across Herefordshire have made changes to their timetables in an effort to battle this week's heatwave.
From closures to early finishes, we will be keeping this list updated throughout the day.
John Masefield High School and Sixth Form Centre, Ledbury
Closed July 18 (afternoon) and 19, 2022.
The school will be closing early on Monday 18 July at 12.15pm due to exceptionally high temperatures. All school buses (with the exception of Blue Line Taxis) will pick up at the earlier time. Will continue to be closed on Tuesday 19 July.

Hereford Academy, Hereford
Timetable adjusted for the last week of term.
The school day will start earlier at 8.30am and finish earlier at 2pm to avoid the heat of the day.
Fairfield High School, Peterchurch
Fairfield will close at 1pm on Monday and Tuesday only. All students are still expected to attend school for the morning as usual.
Earl Mortimer, Leominster
The school day will start earlier with registration at 8.20am rather than 8.40am, finishing earlier at 2pm when the building will be at its warmest.
Dedicated School Transport for July 18 and 19: collection will be 20 minutes earlier in the morning. Collection from EMC will be at 2.00 pm.
Wigmore School
Wigmore School will close at 12pm on July 18 and 19. School buses will collect from school at 12pm.
Wigmore Primary School
Wigmore Primary School will close at 12pm on July 18 and 19. School buses will collect from school at 12pm.
Kingstone High School
Closing at 1pm on July 18 and 19 due to extreme heat.
Brookfield School and Specialist College
Closed on July 19.
Llangrove CE Academy
Closing at 1pm (at the end of the school lunchtime) on July 19.
Cradley CE Primary School
Due to the extreme heat Cradley CE Primary School will close to all pupils at 1pm on July 19.
