A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after he was caught speeding in Herefordshire.
Steven Fermandel entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 46-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Cupra in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on October 14.
Fermandel, of Vivian Road, Sketty, was fined £330, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
