A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been sent for trial accused of failing to properly handle rubbish.
Wayne Lock entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 23-year-old is accused of handling, controlling, or transferring controlled waste without taking reasonable measures in Leominster on November 2.
Lock, of Foster Crescent, Leominster, was sent for trial and will appear before magistrates in Hereford on October 17.
