A HEREFORDSHIRE lorry driver has been up before the magistrates after getting behind the wheel without the right licence.
Kevin Lawrence Price entered guilty pleas to magistrates in Llanelli.
The court heard the 58-year-old had been caught using a 7,500kg Renault Midlum goods vehicle for the carriage of goods for or in connection with a trade or business without an operators licence on the A44 at Llangurig, Powys, on February 8.

He had also failed to use record sheets and a driver card on the same date.
Price, of High Street, Kington, was fined £500 and must pay costs of £90 and a £50 victim surcharge.
