A HEREFORDSHIRE man accused of sticking his middle finger up at a CCTV camera has appeared before magistrates again.
Kevin Biddle appeared before magistrates in Hereford after entering a not guilty plea at a previous hearing.

The court heard the 54-year-old had pursued a course of conduct that amounted to the harassment of a man in Leominster between December 9 and January 21, walking past his address and sticking his middle finger up directly at his CCTV camera.
The case was adjourned for a further case management hearing and Biddle, of Falconer Place, Leominster, will next appear before magistrates in Hereford on September 1.
