A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after he was caught breaking the limit three times.
Robert Albert Dover entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 63-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Vauxhall in a 40 miles per hour zone on the B4228 Perrygrove Road in Coleford on September 9 and in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A44 Barons Cross in Leominster on September 28, in a Skoda in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A465 Belmont Road in Hereford on March 8,
Dover, of Henley Orchards, Ludlow, was fined £60, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £70 and a £34 victim surcharge.
