A MOBILE phone repair shop in Hereford city centre has been put on the market.
Agents Sunderlands said 61 Commercial Street, which was home to Mobile Fix, is available on a leasehold basis for £25,000 per annum.
The shop, which has a ground floor sales area of 59.92sqm, has excellent frontage on to Commercial Street, Sunderlands said.
The property, which was previously home to tReds, includes a large ground floor sales area with storage and a staircase at the rear.
Upstairs are two additional floors with toilets, a staff room, and further "extensive" storage space.
Nearby shops and businesses in the pedestrianised street include Apple Store, Marks and Spencer, Tony and Guy, and Holland and Barrett.
