CROPS in a Herefordshire field have been deliberately damaged as vehicles go off-roading, West Mercia Police says.
PCSO Christina Howard said police had received reports that some vehicles have been driving up the bridleways in the Sutton St Nicholas area, near Hereford.
The bridleways are at the top of Rhea Lane and also one near Ordis Farm, she said.
But the reckless driver, or drivers, had been "deliberately" caused damage to farmers' crops in the area.
"Please keep an eye on the area whilst in the location and if you see any vehicles driving up bridal paths, then please take note of the vehicle registration number and report it to the police," she said.
PSCO Howard said bridleways are not suitable for vehicles.
They are public rights of way for walkers and horses.
