MORE Herefordshire people have been rapped by magistrates after they failed to identify the drivers of their cars to police.
Philip Mirons was proven guilty by magistrates in Bath.
The court heard the 36-year-old had failed to identify the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have committed an offence to police in Avon and Somerset on January 17.
Mirons, of Grandison Rise, Hereford, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Stuart Aldridge was proven guilty by magistrates in Boston.
The court heard the 50-year-old had failed to identify the driver of a Ford Transit who was alleged to have committed an offence to police in Lincolnshire on April 4.
Aldridge, of Holmer Road, Hereford, was fined £660, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
