AN ACCUSED man has denied committing arson with intent to endanger life and burgling a town council office in Herefordshire.
Ryan Davies admitted one count of possessing cannabis and denied one count of arson and one of burglary.
The court heard the 25-year-old had been caught in possession of class B drug in Leominster on December 2.

Davies, of Ryelands Road, Leominster, was fined £80 and must pay costs of £135 and a £44 victim surcharge for possession of cannabis.
The other two matters were sent for trial and Davies will appear before Worcester Crown Court on August 24.
