MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Jed Anthony Barnett, 35, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Barnett had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of an Audi in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A5 at Shotatton on December 29.
Barnett, of Westgate, Leominster, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
Charles Douglas Richards, 47, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Volkswagen driver Richards had been caught speeding in a 40 miles per hour variable speed limit zone on the M5 in Worcestershire on December 29.
Richards, of Lucton, Leominster, was fined £538 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £53 victim surcharge.

Alex Dradu, 29, was proven guilty by magistrates in Newcastle Under Lyme.
The court heard Dradu had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Ford in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A38 in Branston on November 23.
Dradu, of Coningsby Street, Hereford, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
