The engineering team play a vital role making sure everything runs smoothly and this takes a great deal of knowledge, skill and experience - something that Avara are quick to invest in. There are five levels of progression within engineering, from those just starting out to others with many years’ experience and managerial responsibilities. You can even earn a degree or post-graduate honours while working at Avara.
The team are continually pushing their own boundaries; developing their mechanical, electrical and automation skills and we help them do that,” continues Jones. “Alongside traditional qualifications, we’ve invested in a new training centre, which is run by our own development team and we work closely with equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and technical consultants to deliver an industry best development process that helps individuals fulfil their potential”.
