POLICE have continued to crack down on drivers speeding through Herefordshire villages.
Tweets from the Golden Valley Safer Neighbourhood Team said that officers spent last Friday morning (August 19) conducting speed enforcement in Madley, near Hereford.
This follows further patrols the previous week in nearby Clehonger on August 11.

Golden Valley SNT has upped speeding patrols in other villages in the Golden Valley including Dorstone, Cusop and Ewyas Harold this year.
The checks are part of a summer long campaign to attempt to slow motorists down in the Golden Valley after residents raised concerns over speeding in the area.

Officers were also monitoring speeding in May, June, and July and are expected to continue in the coming months.
A spokesperson for the Golden Valley Safer Neighbourhood Team thanked the vast majority of motorists who were driving within the 30mph limit on both days.
