A MAN has been banned from entering a Herefordshire town ahead of his trial.
Luke Fenn appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster accused of six offences.
The 33-year-old admitted stealing alcohol worth £72.05 and Strongbow worth £21 from Co-op in Leominster and failing to comply with a community protection notice by entering the Dishley Street supermarket on August 8.
He also admitted stealing plants worth £40.99 from Philpotts Nursery in Leominster on the same date.

He denied assaulting a woman by beating in Leominster on August 2 and 7.
Fenn, who is of no fixed address, was sent for trial before magistrates in Hereford on October 2 and bailed with conditions not to enter Leominster.
