A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been banned from working in waste management after dumping rubbish on a caravan site.

Lisa Tina Turley was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford after previously entering a not guilty plea.

The court heard the 34-year-old had dumped general household waste from a property in Madley on Openfields Caravan Site in Bromyard without the authority of a current environmental permit between June 9, 2018, and June 9, 2020.

She had also handled, controlled, or transferred controlled waste without taking reasonable measures and failed to comply with requirements regarding the making, retention, or furnishing of documents between the same dates.
