A TRAILER has been left standing up on its hitch after a crash at a Herefordshire junction.
The upturned trailer was seen perched precariously this morning beside the A438 at the Dormington junction.
Builders bags could be seen on the verge beside the trailer, which appears to be a tipper type.
An ambulance service spokesperson said a crew was called to reports of a car that had left the road on the A438, near to Fowlett Farm, at 8.34am.
"One ambulance attended the scene," the spokesperson said.
"On arrival we discovered a car that had come to rest on its side having collided with a telegraph pole. There was one patient, a woman who was the driver of the car. She was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Hereford County Hospital."
Traffic data from Google Maps shows there are delays in the area at present.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said officers were called to a single vehicle crash on the A438 in Dormington, Herefordshire at 8.40am this morning.
"Officers are in attendance ensuring the safety of passing traffic while the vehicle involved is recovered by breakdown services," the spokesperson said.
