A STREET in a Herefordshire town was closed today (Tuesday) when a wartime grenade was found in a shed.
Police said experts from the 11 Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Search Regiment, the Army's bomb squad, were called to the alert in Leominster.
They declared the grenade safe for removal and destruction.
We are seeking more details from the police and will update you.
