A HEREFORDSHIRE man was caught with class A and B drugs, a court has heard.
Joel Owen David Lewis entered guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Llandrindod Wells.
The court heard the 24-year-old had been caught in possession of 2.96 grams of class A controlled drug cocaine in Knighton on January 28.

He had also been in possession of 2.76 grams of class B controlled drug ketamine on the same date, the court was told.
Lewis, of The Criftins, Leintwardine, was fined £400 and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
