A HEREFORDSHIRE fare dodger has been ordered to pay hundreds of pounds after failing to buy a train ticket.
John Bushell was proven guilty in his absence by magistrates in Swindon.

The court heard the 41-year-old had been caught travelling on a Great Western Railway train at Kemble without paying his £14.90 fare and with intent to avoid paying the fare on April 30.
Bushell, of River View, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £14.90, costs of £180, and a £44 victim surcharge.
