There are seven lots for sale, including 122.27 acres of arable and woodland, 12.13 acres of arable land, 2.46 of land with buildings, and four lots of pasture land broken up into areas of 22.65 acres, 6.63 acres, 11.86 acres, and 21.37 acres at a range of prices, with the largest lot marketed with a guide price of £1,500,000.
Lot five, which includes a car park used by Bishops Frome pub the Green Dragon and 6.31 acres of land is up for sale with a guide price of £175,000.
Sunderlands said there is strong development hope value for lot four, which carries a guide price of £250,000, and which includes a range of farm buildings and 1.19 acres of land, and is mostly within the settlement boundary of Bishops Frome, as is the car park in lot five.
