A MAN has been sent for trial after denying drink-driving in Herefordshire.
Richard Evans was convicted of breaching a non molestation order and denied drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 47-year-old had attended an address he was prohibited from visiting by a non-molestation order imposed by magistrates in Worcester in September 2020 on February 4.

He is accused of driving a red Mitsubishi L200 while over the drink-drive limit with 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Herefordshire on the same date. The legal limit is 35.
Evans, of Stable Court, Hadzor, Droitwich, was sent for trial and will appear before Hereford magistrates next on October 27.
