A WOMAN has appeared in court after a crash in a Herefordshire lane.
Tracie Hearn entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
Prosecutor Mark Hambling said police had been called to a crash in Hendre Lane in Ross-on-Wye at 4.30pm on April 1.
Hearn, who had been driving a Dacia Duster, identified herself to officers at the scene and was taken into custody, where a blood sample revealed she had 139 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80.

Edmund Middleton, for Hearn, said he was requesting a four-week adjournment for a special reasons hearing to consider mitigating circumstances.
"I am not able to give much more information, but it may well be highly relevant to the court," Mr Middleton said.
The case was adjourned and Hearn, of Wilson Brook, Glewstone, will appear before magistrates in Hereford next on October 27.
