AN ABUSIVE man has been handed a contact ban after a Hereford incident.
Chris Joyce entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 37-year-old had used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on February 17.

Joyce, of Aylestone Hill, Hereford, was handed a 12-month restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or visiting her and must pay compensation of £285. He must also pay costs of £135.
