A HEREFORDSHIRE Audi driver has avoided a roads ban after he was caught breaking the limit.
Adam John Paske, 28, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard that Paske had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of an Audi in a 30 miles per hour zone in Church Lane, Norton, on December 14.

Paske, of Old School Court, Bromyard, was fined £230 and received four penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
No totting disqualification was made as, magistrates said, a ban could cause his business to fold, which would affect four members of staff, and as he supports a family member.
