A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been handed a 10-year restraining order after harassing a man.
Samuel James William Raisbeck entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Leeds.
The court heard the 25-year-old had pursued a course of conduct that amounted to the harassment of a man and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment by making repeated unwanted contact by phone and email.

Raisbeck, of Etnam Street, Leominster, was handed a 12-month community order and a 10-year restraining order. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £95 victim surcharge.
Magistrates said no compensation had been ordered as an award of compensation would be insulting to the victim.
