A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has escaped a roads ban after she was caught breaking the limit.
Katherine Elizabeth Thompson, 40, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Thompson had been caught breaking the limit in a Land Rover on the A4103 in a 40 miles per hour zone at Fromes Hill in Herefordshire on January 9.

Thompson, of Clyro, Herefordshire, was find £270 and received three penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
No totting disqualification was made as a ban would prevent her from being able to transport family members to appointments.
