A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been back up before the magistrates after breaking a contact ban.
Oliver Hazel entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 38-year-old had been in the company of a person he was banned from being with by a restraining order imposed by magistrates in August on September 5.

The offence was committed while he was subject to a community order, imposed at the same time as the restraining order, for two offences of assaulting an emergency worker by beating and one of possessing a blade or sharp pointed article in public.
The previous community order was revoked and Hazel, of Orchard Close, Sutton St Nicholas, was handed an 18-month community order.
He must also pay a £114 victim surcharge but no costs order was imposed due to his lack of means.
