The freehold site in Ledbury's Bye Street comprises of 0.14 hectares of prime land, agents Pughs said.
It is on the market for offers over £1,000,000.
The site currently houses a three-bedroom house, a shop with two flats above, a car sales site, and other commercial properties.
Pughs said the site offers a rare opportunity to purchase prime land in close proximity to the town centre.
One of the flats, which has two bedrooms, is currently let out for £550 per calendar month, while the second flat, which has one bedroom, is in need of a complete overhaul, the agents said.
The shop, which Pughs said is in a prominent position in Bye Street is currently let at £550 per calendar month.
The car sales site, which has a forecourt area of approximately 16.4m by 9.1m also includes a site garage and office area, and it let at £600 per calendar month, while a mechanic building and some of the adjacent storage garages is let at £400 per calendar month.
There are 13 garages in total in the rear yard, Pughs said, noting that they understand from the vendors that the site is freehold and offered with vacant possession upon completion.
