A HEREFORD man has been found guilty after denying drink-driving in a busy city road.
Matthew Gillespie was convicted of three offences when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 34-year-old had admitted driving a Renault Clio without insurance or a licence in Hereford's Belmont Road on April 3.

He was found guilty of driving on the same date while over the drink-drive limit, with 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
The case was adjourned and Gillespie, of Sherborne Close, Hereford, will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on October 11.
