MORE million-pound homes have been snapped up by buyers in Herefordshire in the last year.
The latest research by Property Solvers has revealed that there were 10 residential home sales with a value of over £1 million pounds in Herefordshire between September 2021 and September 2022.
The home buying company and local auctioneer reported the total value of these sales was £13,507,750.
This is a decrease of 60 per cent compared to 2020 to 2021, when prices started from £25.17 million.

In terms of number of properties sold, this puts Hereford in position number 86 across England, Wales, and Scotland, ranking above Stoke-on-Trent and below Dudley.
Here’s a list of some of the most expensive properties sold across Herefordshire over the last year.
The Oast House, Letton, Hereford £1,250,000
