A HEREFORD man was caught speeding at almost 70 miles per hour in a 30 limit, a court has heard.
Mark Albert Stedman entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The court heard the 60-year-old had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a car in a 30 miles per hour zone at Beggarsbush Hill in Oxfordshire on November 17.

The recorded speed he was travelling at was 67 miles per hour, more than twice the limit.
Stedman, who is of Brockington Drive, Tupsley, Hereford, was fined £666 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
