MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Russell Donald James Fenner, 41, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Fenner had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A5 at Shotatton in Shropshire on February 11.
Fenner, of Pontrilas Road, Ewyas Harold, was fined £173 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Malcolm Squire, 60, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Cardiff.
The court heard Mitsubishi L200 driver Squire had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone in Mumbles Road, Blackpill, on March 25.
Squire, of Winslow Road, Bromyard, was fined £66 and received three penalty points. He must also pay a £34 victim surcharge.
Paula Edwards, 52, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Cardiff.
The court heard Edwards had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Renault in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A4161 Newport Road on March 20.
Edwards, of Roman Road, Hereford, was fined £66 and received three penalty points. She must also pay a £34 victim surcharge.
