TWO Herefordshire drivers have been fined hundreds of pounds after they were caught driving without insurance.
Artur Kozakiewicz was found guilty after previously entering a not guilty plea to magistrates in Peterborough.
The court heard the 49-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Renault Scenic in Wentworth Street in Peterborough without valid insurance in place on September 14, 2021.
Kozakiewicz, who is of Barley Mews, Leominster, was fined £200 and received six penalty points for the offence.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £200 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Nicola Evans was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 50-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Seat without insurance on Hereford's Greyfriars Bridge on February 17.
Evans, of Waggoners Way, Hereford, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
