AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been banned from posting on Facebook and other social media sites ahead of his trial.
Marek Olesky entered not guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 36-year-old is accused of breaching a restraining order imposed by magistrates in Hereford on May 24 between August 31 and September 7 by publishing a post on Facebook which amounted to indirectly contacting a woman he is banned from contacting by the order.
