AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent for trial after denying a roads offence.
Jonathan Weaver entered a not guilty plea to one charge to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard the 35-year-old Herefordshire man is accused of driving a Ford Focus without due care and attention on the busy A465 road in Hereford on February 18.
The case was sent for trial before magistrates.
Weaver, who is of Porthouse Rise, Bromyard, will appear before Worcester magistrates next on November 2.
