A HEREFORDSHIRE teenager has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after attacking a woman and damaging a home.
Brogan McCarthy entered guilty pleas to charges of assault by beating and causing criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 19-year-old had assaulted a woman by beating in Ledbury on September 19.

He had also intentionally damaged a wall and ceiling light belonging to the victim without lawful excuse on the same date.
McCarthy, of Warren Drive, Ledbury, was handed a 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and fined £80. He must also pay costs of £135.
